We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, a reliable and affordable domestic service.

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and usually range from $4.15–$7.63, depending on order weight and destination.
Please note: we currently do not offer free shipping.

🔒 Insurance & Tracking

All packages are insured and include tracking through USPS. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out with your concern via our contact form so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Cici Ceramics is not responsible for postal delays once an order has shipped.
If your package is delayed or missing:
